Our services are offered to individuals who reside with the Medway and surrounding areas, with a physical or learning disability (including mild challenging behaviour) and who are 18+.

The centre is open from 9am to 3.15pm for services users, Monday to Friday (excluding bank holidays) with transport available as an extra option and subject to availability. The office is open until 4pm daily.

We understand how difficult change can be  and therefore offer not only taster sessions but also a transitional period to ensure a smooth transfer from one service to another. We will also provide an assessment of the individual's needs which will be tailored to a person-centred plan and incorporates activities within the centre and the community.

To ensure our service user's receive the best care possible, we will collaborate not only with their parents/carers but also any other professional involved in their care and decision making.
